The tables available in the downloads section on this page set out the Department's Statements of New Regulation, which include the legislative measures that were in scope of the Coalition Government's 'One In, One Out' (OIOO) framework between 1 January 2011 and 31 December 2012, and the legislative measures that are in scope of the 'One In, Two Out' (OITO) framework from 1 January 2013 onwards.
Two Statements of New Regulation are produced each year covering the periods 1 January to 30 June and 1 July to 31 December. The Department's legislative measures that are in scope and are due to come into effect during the relevant period also contribute to the Coalition Government's highlight Statement of New Regulation, which is published on the website of the Better Regulation Executive.
