Ben Thomas is a National Officer in UNISON’s Education and Children Services Group. UNISON is the largest education union in the UK with over 300,000 members working in children’s services, schools, further education and sixth form colleges, universities, Ofsted and Connexions.
Ben has been national officer with responsibility for children’s workforce policy, early years workers and children’s centres since 2007. His other areas of responsibility include representing and negotiating on behalf of support staff in universities and sixth form colleagues.
