The 2010-11 Memorandum of Grant (MoG) sets out the terms and conditions for the Sure Start, Early Years and Childcare Grant (SSEYCG) and Aiming High for Disabled Children (AHDC) Grant.
Each local authority (LA) will need to accept these terms and conditions by completing Annex E of the MoG. A completed and signed copy of Annex E must be returned to the Department before funding is released. A breakdown of all the revenue and capital allocations for 2008-11 is available in the allocation spreadsheet.
