Adoption reform: Summary of feedback received following the call for views on sibling placements and contact arrangements for children in care and adopted children, and the Government’s response

The Government published discussion papers in July 2012 seeking views on two important aspects of the care and adoption system: contact between birth parents and children in care or adopted children, and the placement of sibling groups for adoption.
