In recent years, there have been significant changes in the requirements for the intercountry adoption process. From 30 December 2005, these requirements will include those outlined in the Adoption and Children Act 2002, the Adoption Agencies Regulations 2005 and the Adoptions with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005.
