DMSS Research & Consultancy was commissioned to produce a report on the training and resources currently available to support the children’s workforce to reduce the impact of childhood poverty and disadvantage.
Based on a review of the availability of training and support materials and interviews with key informants, the report provides an overview of support, guidance and training on child poverty. It is accompanied by an index of resources which provides a summary of available training courses, toolkits and other materials identified in the course of the review. The report was conducted between January and March 2010.
