It is accompanied by similar statutory guidance and is available to download from this page. This is the UK Border Agency's equivalent of the statutory guidance under section 11 of the Children Act 2004. Part 1 seeks to replicate part 1 of the original section 11 guidance, and part 2 is the statement of how it applies to the UK Border Agency. The guidance sets out how to work together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in a migration context.
