Conference materials and PowerPoint presentations from the national AHDC conference 'Transforming best practice to common practice' are available from this page. The conference took place on 3 June 2009 in London that was jointly organised by the Department and the Department of Health (DH).
The conference was attended by over 200 local authority and primary care trust (PCT) managers with responsibility for delivering on the AHDC programme at a local level.
