Tim Loughton, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Children and Families, has today written a letter to Directors of Children’s Services (DCSs) and Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) chairs to inform them of a change to the statutory guidance set out in Working Together to Safeguard Children (2010) insofar as it relates to Government Offices.

Note that the change to statutory guidance Working Together to Safeguard Children(2010) takes effect on 1st October 2010.
