	&lt;strong&gt;Addaction&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;

	To provide drug and alcohol prevention and early intervention activities to improve the health and learning outcomes for young people who are affected by parental drug and alcohol misuse. The project will include delivery of Skills4Change programmes to young people across locations in England; and train school staff in over 80 schools in these locations to identify young people affected by parental substance misuse.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Bolton Lads and Girls Club&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.boltonladsandgirlsclub.co.uk"&gt;www.boltonladsandgirlsclub.co.uk&lt;/a&gt;/&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To provide hard to reach and vulnerable young people who are at risk of (or who are) NEET with targeted, intensive and personalised support in order to help them to transition to adulthood. This will include in-depth assessments of the needs of each young person recruited under the programme; and providing each young person with the support that they need individually from a menu of interventions.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Catch 22&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.catch-22.org.uk/"&gt;www.catch-22.org.uk/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To reduce the need for exclusions from schools by providing intensive support to over 1000 young people at risk of being excluded from schools (and their families/carers) across four geographical areas; and&amp;nbsp; helping&amp;nbsp; around 600&amp;nbsp;young people in Year 11 who have disengaged from education to avoid becoming NEET on leaving school.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Children Our Ultimate Investment &amp;ndash; Teens and Toddlers&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://teensandtoddlers.org"&gt;http://teensandtoddlers.org&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To increase the educational attainment, aspiration, self-esteem and life skills of disadvantaged young people and preventing them from becoming NEET and help prevent teenage pregnancy/risky behaviour through a proven early intervention.&amp;nbsp;This will include delivering a 15 week programme in 16 local authorities &amp;ndash; in which teens will mentor a disadvantaged child in a nursery.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Clubs for Young People&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.clubsforyoungpeople.org.uk/"&gt;www.clubsforyoungpeople.org.uk/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To provide supported routes back to mainstream learning for young people at risk of disengagement.&amp;nbsp;Key activities will include early intervention linked to flexible and personalised qualification options and personalised support; providing outreach to young people in different settings across the country; and working with mainstream providers and local stakeholders to ensure provision is complementary and outcomes are measured.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Endeavour&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.endeavour.org.uk/"&gt;www.endeavour.org.uk/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To deliver early interventions in a range of schools directed at those identified as being at risk in Year 9 - to increase their participation, and improve their achievements.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;The Federation of Groundwork Trusts (Groundwork)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.groundwork.org.uk"&gt;www.groundwork.org.uk&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To provide young people in need of intensive support with a range of targeted wrap-around interventions designed to improve their confidence, motivation and skills in order to support re-engagement in education or to provide a ladder into training or employment.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;The Foyer Federation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.foyer.net/"&gt;www.foyer.net/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To enable disadvantaged young people, including those displaying early signs of disaffection, to push the boundaries of what they believe is possible, challenge the expectations of those around them and achieve outcomes that result in savings to the public purse.&amp;nbsp;This will be achieved through early intervention in four contrasting neighbourhoods, challenging the prevailing tendency to create services that focus on young people&amp;rsquo;s deficits. The model will integrate Youth at Risk&amp;rsquo;s coaching techniques, Changemakers&amp;rsquo; Young Leadership programme and Foyer&amp;rsquo;s personalised support for disadvantaged young people.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Kidscape&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.kidscape.org.uk/"&gt;www.kidscape.org.uk/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	Through a training programme, to enable teachers and support workers to identify and provide support to underachieving and vulnerable young people who are not engaging with education as a result of the bullying they are experiencing, or indeed the bullying they are perpetrating.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Kids Company&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.kidsco.org.uk/"&gt;www.kidsco.org.uk/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To improve the life-chances of around 250 high-risk young people and 500 medium-risk young people through the provision of practical tailored multidisciplinary interventions providing health, social care and education/employment support that will reduce young people&amp;rsquo;s distress and address the issues fuelling risky behaviours and poor achievement.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Media Trust&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.mediatrust.org/"&gt;www.mediatrust.org/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To deliver early intervention creative media activity in order to increase participation and improve the achievements of disadvantaged 13-19 year olds nationally. Key activities include delivery of high quality personalised support to around 600 disadvantaged 13-19 year olds through accredited training, mentoring, career advice and work experience; empowering young people to create media projects enabling them to campaign on social issues&amp;nbsp; at national and local level; and to recruit 120 media professionals as volunteer mentors to support 40 youth organisations.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;The Prince&amp;rsquo;s Trust&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;

	To provide a programme of re-engagement, support and help for disadvantaged young people aged 16-19 so they can progress in education and training and enable them to achieve better outcomes.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;QED (UK)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;

	To deliver tailored career and learning advice to young people and their parents through their Madrassas which are seen as a trusted place for learning.&amp;nbsp;The project will include increasing the aspirations and attainment of multiple disadvantaged individuals as they approach adulthood; improve knowledge of learning, education and employment opportunities and self confidence skills for young disadvantaged people and their parents, as well as increasing access /referrals to mainstream training organisations.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Terrence Higgins Trust&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.tht.org.uk/"&gt;www.tht.org.uk/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To increase the participation of disadvantaged young people by giving them confidence and accredited skills to deliver sex and relationships education (SRE) to their peers, and increase their knowledge around maintaining healthy sexual relationships. Training will be provided to accredit 100 disadvantaged young people as sexual health champions (SHCs) to deliver peer-to-peer SRE sessions.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Tomorrow&amp;rsquo;s People&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.tomorrows-people.org.uk/"&gt;www.tomorrows-people.org.uk/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To improve the lives of the most marginalised young people NEET, aged 16 to 24, through personalised and intensive &amp;lsquo;wrap around&amp;rsquo; employment support.&amp;nbsp;This will include the Working It Out (WIO) programme, engaging with around 600 marginalised young people; and establishing nine Task Force Teams, delivering 16-week programmes for young people who are NEET.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;Transitions Plus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.transpluscare.com"&gt;www.transpluscare.com&lt;/a&gt;/&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To develop an effective programme for targeting early interventions to enable around 4,500 disadvantaged young people approaching transitions in Years 6, 9 and 11 to develop their resilience. The project will target delivery at disadvantaged young people receiving &amp;#39;School Action plus&amp;#39; support; and equip families/carers to support the progression of participants.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;UK Youth&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;a href="http://www.ukyouth.org/"&gt;www.ukyouth.org/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
	To establish new Youth Achievement Foundations (YAFs) to deliver alternative education provision for disadvantaged and marginalised young people.&amp;nbsp;Key aims include establishing 5 YAFs which are self-sustaining; and to support at least 140 young people through these YAFs by March 2013.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;V&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;

	To help highly disadvantaged young people who are NEET progress into education, employment or training through the provision of extensive personalised support. This includes providing placements for these young people within voluntary and community organisations.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
