This document defines a single profile for use across education, skills and children's services (escs) for federated identity management where a browser is used to access escs. This document presents changes from the OASIS SAML v2.0 base standard that are selections or specified uses of options to be adopted within escs. It must be read in conjunction with that standard.
The intention is to have a 'slim' profile that can meet the needs of the entire system.
