This is a single ethnicity standard for use across the whole of education, skills and children's services (escs). The purpose of the standard is to define ethnic categories, the means to collect ethnicity data and to process it in order to help organisations meet legal obligations under the Race Relations Act, when used in conjunction with other related questions.
