Applying for teacher training

Two teachers talking
Once you've chosen your route into teacher training and found a training provider, you can apply for initial teacher training (ITT).

In this section you will find lots of tips and advice about applying – and by registering with us, you can benefit from a comprehensive programme of tailored support to help you throughout the different stages of the process.

You can also use our interactive application form assistant to prepare the personal statement section of your written application.

To maximise your chance of starting your teacher training in 2015, you should consider applying for more than one type of training route.
