For the School Direct Training Programme and School Direct Training Programme (salaried) you are selected by a school from day one. You will need to apply to schools through our School Direct application system.

Apply to the GTTR now

Apply through the Graduate Teacher Training Registry (GTTR) if you're planning on gaining a postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) or want to complete school-centred initial teacher training (SCITT)

Apply to UCAS now

Applications for undergraduate teacher training courses, such as the Bachelor of Education (BEd) or a BA/BSc with QTS, can be made through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) website
