Applying for PGCE, SCITT and School Direct vacancies

The page you were looking for no longer exists.

From 21 November 2013, you will need to apply for initial teacher training (ITT) courses that start in 2014 via a new, improved system, administered by the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS).

Please use the UCAS Teacher Training system to search and apply for places on the following teacher training routes:

  • The postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE)
  • School-centred initial teacher training (SCITT)
  • The School Direct Training Programme
  • The School Direct Training Programme (salaried)

The new UCAS Teacher Training system replaces the Graduate Teacher Training Registry (GTTR) and School Direct application portal.

For more tailored information and advice about getting into teaching, including the application process, please register with us online or on freephone 0800 389 2500.
