Under plans, the new school could be potentially built ahead of the original schedule and with significant cost savings.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px"> The Government believes there are better, faster and more cost-effective ways of rebuilding our schools in need of repair, without compromising on having a safe school environment for pupils to learn in.
