International delegate Eric Shaw from New Zealand explains why he and his colleagues have made the long journey to Seizing Success 2012:

"I am here to visit schools and to attend the conference. It has to be one of the best conferences we go to. I like your focus on leadership, but it's not just that, it's very positive as well.

"You have the politicians, that's fine, you've got to have them, but there's also lots of choice, lots of workshops and lots to choose from. A lot of New Zealanders came last year and a number have returned this year."
