Every child has potential, regardless of background. Could you make a lasting difference to the lives of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds by becoming an outstanding leader for a challenging school?
We’re looking for current and former teachers with the potential and commitment to progress to headship within 2 to 5 years.
You should be a current or former teacher, with teaching and learning experience in English schools within the last 5 years. You should be able to demonstrate substantial positive impact on a school or organisation.
You must have the desire to lead a school in a challenging context within 2 to 5 years. Find out more.
An initial 17 days of intensive residential leadership development during summer 2014; bespoke career support; on-going coaching with a dedicated, experienced headteacher; frequent training from leading practitioners; access to an online network providing peer-led tailored support and best practice; and visits to exemplary schools across England. You will either remain in your current school if it meets our criteria, or take a placement in a challenging school. Find out more.
