In response to the Schools White Paper in 2010, the College is creating a new approach to leadership development provision. As a result, it has been decided there will be no more recruitment rounds for the current Tomorrow's Heads programme.

If you’re currently participating in the programme, we will continue to support you in your National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) application until December 2012.

However, if you feel you are not yet ready to apply, you may wish to consider undertaking some of the elective NPQH modules, which could help you prepare a stronger application in the future.

Alternatively, you may wish to explore some of our other new qualifications and flexible study modules which may enhance your wider professional development.

Our other accelerated leadership development programme, Future Leaders, will continue.
