Children's Centre Leaders Network events

As part of the Children's Centre Leader Network (CCLN), you have access to our free, regional networking events.

The events are an excellent opportunity to:

• meet, learn and network with peers from across your region
• share knowledge, practice and experience
• receive updates from and consult with Department for Education and National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL) representatives and partner organisations
• continue to shape the future of the sector with fellow professionals

This summer, our events will focus on key themes and policy direction that will require strong early years leadership across the sector, including:

• a discussion about the new children’s centre Ofsted inspection framework
• 'Leadership matters: early years leadership and learning' policy update from Sue Egersdorff, NCTL Director for Early Years
• 'A quality early years workforce', with Dr. Eunice Lumsden, University of Northampton
• 'Early help – health visitor implementation plan: the next steps?', with Pauline Watts, Professional Officer, Chief Nursing Officer's Professional Leadership Team, Department of Health
