Participants will have the opportunity, through mentoring sessions and leadership learning group activities, to relate theories about leadership to their own practice and build on personal experiences to deepen their understanding of children's centre leadership.

Duration

The programme takes 10 months to complete.

Cost

The National College for Teaching and Leadership funds participants' fees for NPQICL. Participants or their centres will need to cover travel, subsistence and supply costs unless they are required to study outside of their government region.
