For projects at Contracts to Let stage the Department welcomes expressions of interest and you must submit an expression of interest (EOI) in order to be considered to be invited to tender. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee an invitation to tender and the Department does not routinely advise organisations that they have not been successful in being invited to tender. Feedback is however available on request.

In order to express an interest you must be registered as a potential supplier. Click here to check if you are registered or to register. If you are already registered but do not know your ID number, or have any other queries about contractor registration or how to enter an expression of interest, please contact us at catherine.doust@education.gsi.gov.uk. For each project further details of the project is available by clicking on the 'More Information' button on the project record. Unless we request otherwise, you must restrict your EOI to a maximum of 750 words. Any text over and above the limit set for the project will not be considered.
