The submission deadline date for CFR 2012-13 is 19 July 2013.
The Department is using COLLECT (Collection On-Line - Learners Education Children and Teachers) to capture CFR data from schools and local authorities.
Guidance on using COLLECT to submit a 2012-13 CFR return is available on this page. Also available is a spreadsheet that will generate an XML file which can be used to upload CFR data into COLLECT.
