Description	This statistical bulletin updates the information provided in SFR 15/2003 "Provision for children under five years of age in England: January 2003 (Provisional)". The bulletin will contain information on provision for children under five years of age, covering the private, voluntary, independent and maintained sectors. Information in this publication is relevant to the progress that has been made towards achieving some of the Government's strategic targets for early years and childcare. Revisions and Amendments 27 November - A revision has been made to the original bulletin. The correction relates to the first key point on 4 year olds presented on page 2.
