| Description | The Statistical First Release updates ILR/SFR01 published 31 March 2003, which showed learner numbers at 1 November 2002, with figures for the whole 02/03 academic year. Figures giving an indication of the total volume of activity in work based learning over the whole academic year will be published for the first time. This will allow a comparison with the way in which numbers in FE over a whole year have been reported since the mid nineteen-nineties.
