Advanced Warning of a New Publication on Level 2 and 3 Attainment by Young People Measured Using Matched Administrative Data
| Description | The publication will give advanced warning of a new SFR to be published in February 2005. The February SFR will include a 2004 baseline for the 2006 level 2 at 19 target based on matched administrative data. This follows recommendations from the National Statistics Quality Review into the Measurement of Attainment of Young People published on 10 September 2004. The December SFR will set out the methodology behind the new measure and explain differences from the current Labour Force Survey Measure (last published in SFR 03/2004 "The Level of Highest Qualification Held by Young People and Adults: England 2003"). | ||
