DfE: Benchmarking Tables Of Local Authority Planned Expenditure 2010-11

Description	Local Authorities are required under section 251 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 to prepare and submit an education and children's social care budget statement containing details of the LAs funding plans for the financial year before the start of each financial year. The Benchmarking Tables of planned expenditure are drawn from the s251 budget data collection and are primarily aimed at School Forums and Local Authorities. The tables give detailed information on each authority's planned expenditure on education in a form which enables comparison between authorities.
