DfE: Financial reports on Local Authority planned budgets for their education and children's social care functions: 2011-12 (section 251 formerly s52)

Description	Local Authorities are required under section 251 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 to prepare and submit an education and children's social care budget statement (containing details of the LAs funding plans for the financial year) before the start of each financial year. These statistics provide a detailed picture of local authority planned expenditure.
