We are here to find, spread and achieve excellence. Darkness is only a lack of light. Criticism forces entrenchment rather than change.
We will identify practical solutions to common problems and promote ideas that every school can use to create excellence.
We are not writing a secret plan. We are openly working with everybody who has a part to play in making things happen.
We're not waiting around. Wherever we discover a good idea that can be put into practice immediately - that’s what we will do.

Henry started his career as a commis chef with the Michelin-starred chef Bruno Loubet. He left the food world to work at the Daily Telegraph and then joined Bain & Company where, as a senior manager, he got heavily involved with re-organising national and multinational companies and met John Vincent. With John, he returned to his roots as they founded Leon.
John started his career at Cambridge University setting up a production company with Richard Read, one of the founders of Innocent smoothies. After leaving university he worked for Procter and Gamble, where he helped turn around Max Factor. A couple of years later he joined Bain & Company where he helped many businesses transform their organisations and performance. John was also part of the team that turned around whiskey business Whyte and Mackay. Together John and Henry set about changing the face of fast food and founded Leon – named after John’s dad.
