The Information Management Portal (Extranet) is a secure and efficient means of sharing confidential and sensitive information with external partners and stakeholders.

The Information Management Portal will become the single channel for providing secure EFA information. However, the Provider Gateway will continue to function.

The development of the Information Management Portal will be phased and linked to key business processes, such as issuing allocation statements.

Current information on the portal includes:

  • Qualification success rate and minimum levels of performance reports
  • Open Book documentation for SSFs
  • 16-19 data and analysis provider reports
  • 2012/13 allocation statements, funding agreements and calculations.

To access the Information Management Portal, users will need their own log-on details. Users will receive two emails advising them how to activate their log-on. The first email is titled 'Information Management Portal Introduction'. This will be followed by one titled 'Welcome to the Provider Gateway'.
