Once you have made a decision to use the framework you will need to run a mini-competition with all the suppliers within the framework. This will be a much quicker and simpler process than setting up a new contract yourself.
To do this you should follow these steps:
- Develop a specification
- Request expressions of interest (optional)
- Prepare and issue an invitation to tender (ITT)
- Evaluate responses
- Award the contract
- Manage the contract.
