When evaluating supplier responses in a mini-competition under this framework you must use the same high-level criteria as were used to create the framework. These can be downloaded from the associated resources section. Schools are free to weight the emphasis on different criteria to suit their needs locally, but the criteria themselves cannot be changed. You do not need to evaluate the suppliers for technical or service capacity. The Department’s approved framework suppliers have all been successfully verified through a rigorous evaluation for

  • their service capability against the framework for ICT technical support (FITS)
  • their technical capacity against the Department’s technical and functional specifications.
