The Capital Review, launched in July 2010 by the Secretary of State, reported to Ministers on 8 April 2011.  The Review examined how education capital is spent in England looking specifically at the allocation and distribution of capital funds, the design and build process, at removing burdens and maximising value for money. The Government will respond to the review shortly.
