The second year of the programme introduces participants to strengthening special education needs (SEN) support, collaborative working practices and strategies, and developing change through an effective educational intervention.
The second year consists of three modules and encourages participants to learn through evidence-based practice and impact assessment and critical analysis. It builds on the experience gained in year one and participants develop further skills of enquiry and evidence-based practice as well as expertise needed for confident interaction, coaching and advice in classrooms and schools.
