The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) of the Government of Dubai is committed to high standards in all its schools and currently conducts a programme of annual inspections. The Department for Education has agreed that KHDA, through its strategic partnership with CfBT Education Trust, will carry out all school inspections in Dubai conducted under the British schools overseas inspection arrangements. This will ensure that national and British schools overseas inspections in Dubai are carried out at the same time, guaranteeing consistent reporting on a common evidence base.

Schools in Dubai that are interested in British schools overseas inspections for the academic year 2012-2013 are requested to send their expressions of interest to KHDA by 15 June 2012.

To request an inspection or further information on the inspection process, please use the email contact address on this page.

Please see the associated resources section for Ofsted's first annual report letter on the quality of the inspections and reports.
