The curriculum includes non-statutory programmes of study:
At primary:
- A framework for PSHE and citizenship education
At secondary:
- personal wellbeing, which includes the requirements for sex and relationship and drugs education
- economic wellbeing and financial capability, which includes the requirements for careers education.
These programmes are under review as part of the National Curriculum and PSHE reviews.
