The Department for Education (DfE) and Parcelforce Worldwide provide a traceable exam scripts dispatch service to exam centres and exams officers in England. This is known as the yellow label service. DfE fund and manage this service on behalf of participating awarding bodies.

The yellow label service covers the collection and dispatch from exam centres to examiners of: unmarked exam scripts; externally marked coursework and language tapes for general qualifications; and externally assessed Diploma principal learning and functional skills.

The exams officer is respons ible for dispatching the exam scripts to the examiners as soon as possible after the exam.

Exams dispatch log

The exams dispatch log is a key document that, when completed and signed by the Parcelforce Worldwide driver, should be retained as your evidence that an item has been collected. It also contains helpdesk telephone numbers and other useful contact details. Make sure the log is completed before the driver collects your packages.

The dispatch log must be downloaded from the link below. Please note that hard copy versions are no longer available.
