STA provides a traceable exam scripts dispatch service for exam centres via Parcelforce Worldwide, known as the Yellow Label Service. This is used to deliver unmarked exam scripts, coursework and controlled assessments for externally assessed general qualifications, functional skills and other eligible accredited qualifications to examiners. A list of qualifications included in the service is available to download from this page.
Exams officers are responsible for sending exam scripts to examiners as soon as possible after each exam.
Please refer to the Dispatch of exam scripts document. It provides detailed information about:
The exams dispatch log should be kept as your evidence that an item has been collected. Make sure the log is completed before the driver collects your packages. The driver must sign the log. The dispatch log also contains helpdesk telephone numbers and other useful contact details.
Functional skills exams are taking place within and outside of the summer series. If you have functional skills exams during April, the main summer series or July, you must arrange an ad hoc collection with Parcelforce Worldwide for these scripts. Instructions are provided in the Dispatch of exam scripts document.
