The National College for Teaching and Leadership, an executive agency of the Department for Education, provides a traceable exam scripts dispatch service for your centre via Parcelforce Worldwide.
This is known as the yellow label service and it is used to dispatch unmarked exam scripts, coursework and controlled assessments for externally assessed general qualifications, functional skills and other eligible accredited qualifications, from exam centres to examiners.
The exams officer is responsible for dispatching the exam scripts to the examiners as soon as possible after the exam.

The exams dispatch log is a key document that, when completed by the exams officer and signed by the Parcelforce Worldwide driver, should be retained as your evidence that an item has been collected. It also contains helpdesk telephone numbers and other useful contact details. Make sure the log is completed before the driver collects your packages.
