One of the last tasks of the Young People’s Learning Agency was to lay Modification Orders, making changes to the Instruments and Articles of Government for each sixth form college.
The orders were a legal necessity to enable sixth form colleges to exercise the new powers afforded to them on commencement of the Education Act 2010, including the power to modify or replace their own Instrument and Articles. The final Modification Orders are now available on this website.
