A framework for effective partnership was proposed in the One Year On report and feedback invited from the sector. In addition, five test sites were established to provide detailed feedback on the proposals. The partnership principles have been developed and enhanced, taking this feedback into account.
The SWRB has agreed there should be a flexible, national framework for partnership, based on key principles known to be effective in partnership working, which allow partners to develop arrangements that work locally. More information on the principles is available to download.
