An NDPB sponsored by the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills and the successor to the Learning and Skills Development Agency. Established April 2006, it joined up with the Centre for Excellence in Leadership in October 2008 and became the Learning and Skills Improvement Service. 2011-12-06
