Once you have completed all the mandatory fields on our Contact Us form and submitted your request, you should see a confirmation page which confirms that your enquiry has been received successfully. An email receipt will also be sent to the email address you have provided, with a copy of your enquiry text. If you do not see this screen or receive an email receipt, please call us on 0370 000 2288 to check progress and we will let you know how to proceed.

If you are a local authority or school and :-
- have an enquiry regarding a specific Data Collection, please complete a Data Collection service request.
- are experiencing problems when trying to access departmental data collection related systems (i.e. COLLECT, School to School (S2S) and Key to Success (KtS)) via Secure Access please complete a Secure Access service request as staff on our National Helpline cannot help with technical enquiries.
