The final report of the Munro review sets out proposals for reform to create the conditions that enable professionals to make the best judgements about the help to give children, young people and families.

The young persons’ guide is for children and young people to see what the government has been advised needs to change. A list of the main report’s recommendations is at the end of this guide.

The review’s first report, ‘A systems analysis’ and an interim report ‘The child’s journey’ are also available.
